The City
of Gulf Breeze, is located on the end of the Fairpoint Peninsula
in Santa Rosa County. It is separated on the north by a three
mile bridge across Pensacola Bay from the City of Pensacola and
the south by the Bob Sikes Bridge over Santa Rosa Sound to Pensacola
Beach. Gulf Breeze is a waterfront community that prides itself
on its excellent local government, small town character, and top
quality education for its children. Gulf Breeze has 18 miles of
waterfront and three protected bayous where residents enjoy a
multitude of waterfront activities. The City has one of the best
boat ramps in the area in close proximity to the Pensacola pass.
There are 105 acres of undeveloped park property along the water

There are
three Santa Rosa County schools side-by-side in the City of Gulf
Breeze. Gulf Breeze Elementary School, Middle and High School
regularly achieve academic excellence as indicated by high test
scores and athletic excellence in sports.

To enroll
in schools, students must present completed immunization records,
a physical exam completed within the past 12 months, birth certificate,
social security number, and proof of residence or notarized declaration
of domicile. Students in grades 9-12 will require a sealed transcript
from previous school.

The population within the city limits of Gulf
Breeze is approximately 6,000. Santa Rosa County has been in the
top ten fastest growing US counties since 1997 and has grown 75%
since 1980.
Shopping
There are a variety of retail stores, small boutiques,
and other shops in Gulf Breeze. You are just minutes away from
Pensacola’s two major shopping areas, the historic downtown
area and in the Mall area (University and Cordova Malls) located
in the I-10/Davis Highway corridor.
