“An experience that changed my perspective and my life”. This is how I describe my encounter with Bernie Mostoller and The Mostoller Group. A natural worrywart with a strong opinion, buying a house was not my intent when I entered the building where The Mostoller Group is located. It wasn’t until I saw what my rental options were that I even considered the idea. Bernie, as always, had already anticipated this and had worked up all the numbers. His extensive outline broke down exactly what it would cost to purchase a home and his reassurance that I could do it pacified my fears.

The tough part was finding the right place. It was grueling! At times I didn’t even want to be there, but Bernie and Kelly, his associate, were always positive and always available. We searched for a week looking at every house that might suit my needs and some several times over. When I did finally select the house I wanted there were a few concerns. First, I wanted to do some remodeling. The second, the current owners were unable vacate to meet my time line needs. Bernie, as only he can do, worked it all out. I was to remodel while the owners were still in the house. Quite unorthodox and I am sure it would never have happened if I had been with a different agent. After settling these issues the under taking of remodeling came upon me. Mr. Mostoller worked endless hours with me helping me pick out tile, lighting, a tub, he even found me a reliable contractor. What was most impressive was during the remodeling, Bernie made it a priority to keep apprised of the progress and ensure there were no problems.With his flawless attention to detail the consruction was completed on time and on budget.

The closing was flawless and with my busy schedule all I really had to do was arrive at the designated time and place. Several months have past since closing and Bernie still stay in close contact to ensure that I am satisfied. My experience of buying a house, which many people describe as pain stacking but worth it in the end, was quite painless. I am one hundred percent certain this is due to the professionalism of The Mostoller Group and the endless efforts of its realtors to provide their customers with the highest quality of service. To me the most important acquisition was that of several friendships. Bernie and Kelly were my realtors and are now my friends. I would recommend Bernie and his agency to anyone moving to the area.
