Personal
I consider Pensacola to be the best kept secret in Florida.
In all my travels, I've found Pensacola to have the perfect
combination of climate (over 320 days of sunshine per year),
affordable housing and cost of living, and very friendly people.
My background includes the completion of 23 years of service
with the U.S. Navy in the marine navigation field, attaining
the rank of Chief Petty Officer. My education consists of a
degree in business from Robert Morris College in Pennsylvania.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with the family, traveling,
fishing, watching professional sports and volunteering my services
with the U.S. Navy Housing Office.

Background
Kelly Bryant was born into the real estate business. Her father
is a successful home builder. Her mother a successful realtor,
two time Realtor of the Year and president of her Board of Realtors.
Her mother was in labor with Kelly while writing one last contract
before heading off to give birth.
Experience
In February, 2001, Kelly became Bernie Mostoller’s full
time personal assistant. She has learned all aspects of the
real estate business by doing. She is gifted with tremendous
computer skills along with excellent communication skills. In
August, 2002, Kelly received her Florida real estate license.
Today, she shares time between selling and managing the sales
office. She is responsible for tracking all listings and contracts
through the sales cycle.

Background
My
business background before entering the real estate business
was very diverse. Previous experience included various positions
in accounting and technology team management. I believe this
provides a solid base to enhance my abilities in successfully
meeting a customer’s real estate needs. I hold a B.S.
degree from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from the University
of West Florida.
Focus
Since entering the real estate business in 2002, I have focused
my efforts on meeting homebuyer needs. Nothing in real estate
is more satisfying to me than to find that special home that
fills the dreams of the customer. The results of my customer
evaluations back this up.
I can help
people get through the relocation process by providing market
and other local information for Santa Rosa or Escambia county.
Having a relationship with several local lenders is helpful
to relocations or to local purchasers. These relationships ensure
that I can put the first time homebuyer in touch with the many
programs that provide assistance in money for closing costs,
down payment, or lower interest rates.
I currently
serve on the Pensacola Association of Realtors committee that
provides direction to the Multiple Listing Service system. Keeping
abreast of technology helps me give the best service possible
to all of my clients, but especially the home seller. They will
have their home marketed through printed advertising and various
websites.

Ligon
Grace grew up in Montrose, Alabama, graduating in 1969
from Baldwin County Training School; located in Daphne,
AL. Ligon joined the United States Air Force in 1969 shortly
after high school graduation. He completed 4 years in
the USAF as an Aircraft Mechanic spending sixteen months
in Udorn, Thailand, before being Honorably Discharged
in 1973.
In
1973 after discharge from active duty, he began working
for the Department of Defense, Contract Management Agency,
as a Quality Assurance Representative in the procurement
of Military Weapon Systems. His experience as a Quality
Assurance Representative has taught him the importance
of assuring his customer total quality. He has always
found it important to communicate with his customer, keeping
them informed and assuring them of his desire to satisfy
their expectations.
In
1976, Ligon received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology
with a minor in Management from the University of South
Florida in Tampa.
As
he begins this new career in real estate, the things he
has learned over the years will apply in achieving your
satisfaction of a job well done.

Originally
from Cocoa Beach Florida, I was raised in West Palm Beach.
After Serving 16 years in the Navy I was assigned to NAS
Pensacola. I earned a Bachelors degree in business administration
and a certificate in Human resources management.
I
became interested in Real Estate because of all the moves
I had made, not one was with the help and guidance of
a realtor. After investigating the realty business I became
aware that I had missed a lot of opportunity to be more
financially well off. I decided to not let happen to others
that had happened to me. I earned my license now educate

over twenty-five years I have called Pensacola, FL my
home. I have been happily married for twenty-seven years
and the proud Mom of two beautiful young ladies. While
my girls were growing up I was a full-time Mom and a part-time
preschool teacher.
As my youngest
daughter’s graduation approached, I realized that
I would be moving into a brand new season of life. In

Story
Sherri is a native of Mobile, Alabama and relocated to
the Pensacola area in 1997 after marrying her husband,
Doug, a Financial Advisor who is native to Pensacola.
They have three wonderful boys, Caleb, Noah and Jonah.
Sherri is an active parent at Alethiea Christian Academy,
where her sons attend school. She is also highly sought
out by her peers for her creative insight to home interior
design.
