Beach Colony Resort is one of the newer properties in Navarre Beach, with two towers, East and West. The 19-story East tower built in 2002 and consists of two and three bedroom luxury condos of the finest quality on the island. The West Tower began construction in 2009 but faltered when the real estate bubble came along, remaining unfinished until 2013.
